PrACSI’s location for the system design, engineering and FAT represents equivalent facilities and equipment to that available from major manufacturing centres.

Our Middle East facilities span an area of approximately 5,525 Sq ft.

Additional office space is available at the Jebel Ali Facilities and our Group companies offices in Dubai, France and Slovakia.

All systems are tested locally and a complete system integration test carried out.

IS09000 procedures are applicable in the design and manufacturing process.

The UAE facility provides the same level of facilities comparable to facilities located in the major centres in Europe including:

Experience

PrACSI has a wide experience in a number of systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, Metering and others. The engineering staff of PrACSI consists of Chemical, Electrical and Instrument engineers with mostly Oil & Gas experience ranging from 22 years to 5 years.

PrACSI undertakes two major type of contracts :

  • Complete Turnkey Control and Automation projects, including Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation and commissioning
  • Complete Supply contracts for Instrumentation and associated components.

  • Process Control Systems

    Advanced Process Control Systems and Strategies. Systems are turn-key encompassing engineering design, procurement, manufacturing and installation commissioning.

  • Ultrasonic Metering Systems

    PrACSI Group supply turbine meters for use in refineries and petrochemical plants and because they are easy to calibrate in situ they are also used as master meters for liquid ultrasonic metering systems.

  • Metering control systems

    Metering control systems comprising flow computers, supervisory computer, PLC where applicable and auxiliary control equipment are integrated into a custom designed metering control panel.
